Like Spicy Foods? Try Pinot Blanc by Paul Zinck
Specializing in wines from Alsace, the winery produces a variety of wine types. Find the Pinot Blanc wine crisp and dry, but very aromatic. The acidity is high enough to hold its own with spicy foods. Don’t stop there, however. Also serve with salads and white meats, or consider it on its own as an aperitif. If you enjoy their Pinot Blanc, the winery also produces an oaked Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Riesling and several grape variety blends. The winery has embraced modern methods of wine producing, which provides accurate control of temperature and many other aspects of the fermenting process. The results are evident in their wines: high quality. If you have trouble remembering the wines you've tried and the qualities you liked in them, consider starting a wine journal. Buy a small notebook and record the wines you'd like to have again.
